Welcome to Our Table
This is the place where we both bring our very best to the table: natural, delicious, unspoiled and handsome food cooked with joy and an honest understanding of the needs of organizers and retreat guests; as active therapists and yoga practitioners we can bring an additional plus to your place.

We are experienced born-and-raised all round true troopers in the hospitality industry; we have worked, juice bars to bakery schools, from corner shops to the fine dining world, we cooked through three ski chalet seasons, managed a seaside BBQ Hut on the coast of Devon, run a thousand miles as front of house, worked food stalls at festivals and cooked on yoga teacher training courses. Its been a long and winding road and we've loved it, we've been out of our way to learn all we could, and it has shaped the way we work.

We consciously prepare the food, accommodating a wide range of dietary requirements. We cook healthy, colourful, creative, seasonal local vegetarian food every day at home. It’s our choice and we feel free and empowered by it and it's this approach we'll bring with us
Our menu is based on seasonal European home cooking, its roots are in the rustic, rural, peasant food or a working class no nonsense simplicity, rich in pulses and grains, low in salt and high in fresh herbs and spices, we genuinely love to feed people
We are light hearted and have fun with the way we cook and how we present. We hope our food inspires guests and groups to ask and inquire, to eat better once back at home, to live healthier lives. We also feel very strongly about running an efficient kitchen and reducing food wastage to a minimum.
Our standards are simple and simply very good. We like vegetarian food, we love what we do, we will not be relying on meat substitutes, it wont be boring, we like cheese but it wont be a crutch, we love pasta too but it wont be there as a back up, it's a full sensory experience and beautiful to the eye.
