When I practise yoga I feel as if I have arrived in my body. I am aware of my breath and of my breathing. It surprises and lifts me every time. It is taken for granted, guaranteed that I will always have a next breath, but when I practise I understood how precious breathing is, how precious life is. I work with and through my body. I am breathing and I am present. I am. But who am I?


They say yoga is a journey and it is and on this journey I am constantly changing. I am understanding how wonderful it is to create space in my body and in my mind through the yoga postures and the breathing, once this space is created change will happen in-and outside of me. I teach this, to tap into this power inside all of us to enable this change.

for all bodies

You might need a chair, a cushion, a blanket, it is all ok, it will still be yoga. You can practise yoga regardless of your physical ability and fitness level. Yoga will benefit you whenever you practice it, at the beginning of the day to set you up, or at the end of the day to relax and wind you down. 

classes & fees

I run regular Yoga classes in Teignmouth Devon Tuesdays through till Sundays every week
